Be a St. Patrick’s Day Lover!

By Romeo Gardner The time has come to celebrate our Irish roots once again! Dont have Irish roots? Celebrate them anyway! Come drink a pint of beer or two and enjoy some corned beef (well call the cabbage optional). Whether you are a man or woman, there are lots of ways to put on your Irish game face and have some sexy fun on Saint Pattys Day. For Men If you want your lady to dress up, maybe you should start it. Buy her the sexy green negligee you want her to wear, and pick up a pair of sexy green undies for yourself as well. If you can cook at all, learn how to prepare an Irish feast. Bonus points if you cook naked, or wearing only an apron. For Women Buy a sexy green dress and flaunt it for him. You know he wants you! Color your down-there hair green for a sexy surprise that will have him laughing, or paint a shamrock somewhere naughty for him to find. Actually wear the green negligee he bought you. He did go to all that effort! For Couples Some whipped cream in a bowl and some green food dye makes body paint. Write sexy messages on each others bodies, or just take turns drawing shamrocks and licking them off. Be careful around the face, though, as the dye might sometimes stick around for a few days. Put on some Irish music and listen to it together. If you like it, enjoy it, and if not, well, enjoy making fun of it as a couple. Four words: Kiss me, Im Irish! Some Irish whiskey or some delicious gourmet chocolates might be just the thing to loosen you up for the evening. Kiss every time you see a shamrock! With these tips and tricks and a little effort and creativity on your part, you can make this Saint Patricks Day one that is full of sex and romance for the both of you. Get back to your roots and have a little fun as well, and you will have a great day for the both of you to remember. If you really love the way that this year turns out, you can even turn Saint Patricks Day into a romantic tradition for the both of you! How To Get Personal Loans For People With Bad Credit

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Susan_Dean]Susan Dean Personal loans for people with bad credit are available. There are a number of opportunities for those who are looking for money that do not have the highest scores out there. Youll find that these individuals are able to get funds for purchasing a home, for consolidating debt and for starting a home business. But, in order to borrow through these means, you need to take special care of two things. First, you need to properly educate yourself on the terminology and how they work. Secondly, you need to know where and how to look for the right personal loans for people with bad credit. Know What You Need To Know The first thing that you need to do is to understand the wide world of financing. Not completely understand it but at least be able to make your way through it. For example, there are two types of lending options you may run into. Secured Options: These lending options are secure for the financial institution. For example, a secured credit card is one that you will pay a deposit on in case you do not make your payments. In the loan world, this term means that the loan has some form of collateral. For example, you take out a loan on the equity of your home. Or, you can take it out on something else of value to you. In other words, these are guaranteed if you default to be paid back through other methods. Unsecured Options: Of course, this is just the opposite of the last choice. This type of loan will have lower rates but will be harder to get when you have poor credit scores. But, there is a fine line between good and bad meaning that if you can improve by a certain number of points, you may qualify again. Getting The Best Of The Best The second thing you must know is that there are hundreds of options out there in lending institutions. Each and every one of them has a different idea on what credit worthiness you have or dont have. Also, you can often find competitive prices as well. They are trying to attract the customer, who is you, so they offer competitive rates to pull you in. Here are some things youll need to look for. Consider the loan rate. This is the most fundamental aspect as it is how much you will pay to borrow money. Consider the loan terms. How long will you need to pay off the loan? This in correlation with the interest rate will determine just how much you will pay when all is said and done. When you consider all aspects of the loan, you can start looking for pre-approval. There are many financial institutions on the web that can offer you a quote, which is dependant on background checks, employment checks and credit score ratings. The best thing for you to do, though, is to look at several different companies and find the best options available. Stocking The Bar At Your Wedding Reception

By Michael Kabel During the years I spent tending bar at wedding receptions in Louisiana and Maryland, I learned an interesting point about alcohol: nobody ever buys the right amount. They buy either too much or too little. Some couples expect their guests to restrain themselves in the presence of free booze, and are sadly misinformed. Others anticipate a swinging party that never materializes. Neither misconception is necessarily the fault of the couple. Theyre excited, and assume their enthusiasm will rub off on their guests. But thats not always possible, through no fault of their own. Little things like bad weather can also ruin the vibe that makes a party light up. On the other hand, sometimes the crowd gets crazy and the booze goes too quickly. You cant predict the future. As I said in the article on reception planning, though, theres a rule of thumb to follow when planning your food and beverage service thats if anything more important when considering the amount of alcohol to have on hand at your reception. Its really simple, too: The wedding is for you and your beloved. The reception is for your guests. With that in mind, heres a few ideas about how to anticipate wholl want to drink what. Some of this is based on generalizations and stereotypes, yes. But when it comes to alcohol, most bartenders will tell you that stereotypes are largely true. The good brands to buy tab refers to medium-range spirits that can be bought in large amounts without having to pawn your kidneys. The occasional By the Way information is just trivia and lore, the kinds of things good bartenders sometimes explain as they make your drink. Beer: Who will drink it: your friends from high school; your dad; your co- workers You should buy a lot for: larger receptions, or events lasting into the night. Good brands to buy: Budweiser, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Corona By The Way: Imports are classy but expensive, and almost no one will refuse free domestic beer. White Wine: Who will drink it: your mom and her friends; your college instructors You should buy a lot if: your reception is outdoors or in the spring or fall. Good Brands to Buy: Turning Leaf, Penfolds, Benziger Red Wine: Who will drink it: your dads friends and the guests you dont know You should buy a lot if: you serve steak at the reception dinner. Good Brands to Buy: Beringers Pinot Noir, Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon White Zinfandel: Who will drink it: anyone impressed by the box its packaged in You should buy a lot if: you dont expect a gift from many of the guests, or if your family and friends arent much for drinking. Good brands to buy: any of the larger boxes By the way: mixing white zinfandel with lemon-lime soda approximates the taste and texture of a wine cooler. Vodka: Who will drink it: your friends; your college roommate; your white trash cousin, who still thinks mixing it with energy drinks is hip You should buy a lot if: your white trash cousins bringing a date; youre sure the partys going to swing. Good brands to buy: Absolut, Smirnoff, Stolinachya. Rum: Who will drink it: Your fiancs Uncle Bob, who likes to tell people about his fishing trips and condo in Florida; your friends from high school You should buy a lot if: your friends are watching their weight but are still alcoholics-in-training. Good brands to buy: Bacardi White and Dark; Captain Morgan, Malibu By the way: if you offer rum, double stock the diet sodas, for the really weight conscious partiers. Also, make sure youve got lime garnishes. Gin: Who will drink it: your grandparents; your little sisters hipster boyfriend You should buy a lot if: youre holding the reception during the 1920s. Otherwise, one bottle is more than enough. Good brands to buy: Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire Tequila: Who will drink it: only the brave; your other college roommate You should buy a lot if: youre planning a summer or beach wedding and offering blender drinks; mass vomiting is your idea of a happy reception memory. Good Brands to Buy: Jose Cuervo, Herradura By the way: for those summer/beach weddings, consider serving moderate Tequila Sunrises, a tasty concoction of tequila, orange juice, and grenadine (cherry juice). Its a good alternative to the mess and noise of the blenders. A note about purchasing your booze: Underline this paragraph, because I mean this with complete seriousness: dont get jerked around by a liquor vendor. Most of them are honest. But some arent, and will try to bully you into purchasing unnecessary mixers and garnishes you dont need. You know your guests and reading this article means youve done research, so dont let a dishonest businessman take money out of your reception budget. Its your wedding, not a chance for someone to make easy cash from his distracted customers. A note about mixers: when deciding what mixers to include, dont get fancy. Simply serving cola, diet cola, lemon-lime soda, and perhaps iced tea will satisfy 99% of guests. You might also consider getting bottles of orange juice and cranberry juice, and perhaps some lemon sour mix (sometimes referred to as Collins Mix) to mix with the booze. Just about half the cocktails in a bartenders retinue will include some mixture of alcohol with orange juice, cranberry juice, or lemon sour mix combined together. By the way: if youre living above the Mason Dixon line, add a bottle of ginger ale to this list. Mike Kabel is Creative Content Editor for MyWeddingFavors.com. Top 10 Misconceptions on Asset Protection Planning

By Carlos Lee After many years of answering asset protection questions from the public, I’ve come across a number of common misconceptions on the subject. I’ve compiled a Top 10 List of these common misconceptions and Id like to share them with you. Ill wait until someone threatens me with a lawsuit - This is probably the most common mistake. When a lawsuit has been filed or is expected, it is too late. No asset protection plan will work. The judge will most likely rule that any structures created or assets transferred after the fact as fraudulent. An asset protection plan has to be put in place long before the threat of a lawsuit to be effective. Its like life insurance. When you are lying in the intensive care unit in the hospital, you cant buy a life insurance policy. You have to plan ahead. No one will sue me You better think twice on your exposure. With over 19 million lawsuits filed each year in the U.S., just about everyone with assets is at risk of a lawsuit. According to the American Bar Association, there are close to 700,000 lawyers in practice in America. Thats one lawyer for every 400 men, women and children! Many of these lawyers make a living solely on suing others for part of the winnings. So, if you own a business or practice a profession you have a one in three chance of being named in a lawsuit THIS YEAR! Do you want to win or lose in this lawsuit lottery? I dont have much to protect so I am not worried Unless the equity you have in your home is lower than the homestead exemption provided in your state, a creditor can come after the equity in your house. Collection attorneys know that the best way to get you to pony up money is to threaten a foreclosure on your home. If you have a sizeable equity in your home, you are vulnerable. Just because your net worth is not in the millions doesnt mean that you dont need protection. Someone with a $3 million net worth can probably absorb $250,000 of loss from a lawsuit but someone with a $200,000 net worth can ill afford the same loss. Only a lawyer can help me do this Lawyers are knowledgeable on a number of subjects but asset protection is not usually one of them. Asset protection is not taught in law schools and most lawyers have not even traveled overseas. Therefore, unless a lawyer has a great deal of experience in collection or offshore planning, he/she is almost as clueless as the general public on this subject. As a matter of fact, many attorneys, knowing their lack of experience in asset protection, actually refer clients to Asset Protection Consulting Group to take advantage of our expertise. A trust is what I need for asset protection Many people have been told that trusts can provide all the asset protection necessary. Well, they are wrong. trusts are primarily estate planning tools. They do not provide asset protection in most cases. There have been too many cases where trusts were busted by lawsuits and assets were lost. So they are unreliable as asset protection tools. I will just transfer my assets to my spouse or relatives This is probably the worst thing you can do. Any competent collection attorney will sue you as well as your family members to collect the debt. In addition, your relatives or friends could refuse to return your assets when you want them back. Worst yet, they can be sued for their own liabilities such as a car accident and your assets are therefore exposed to their lawsuits as well as yours. Transferring assets to relatives is no protection at all and increases your risks of losing them. It costs a lot of money to set up an asset protection plan This is true when you talk to a high priced attorney and he recommends forming very complicated entity structures and asks for upwards of $25,000 to $50,0000. Affordable asset protection planning can be done with very experienced asset protection experts using simple but battle-tested strategies and entities that cost only a few thousand dollars. With an offshore corporation, I can avoid paying taxes on my income Anyone thinking about evading taxes with an offshore corporation is in for a big surprise when the IRS knocks on the door. So many law-abiding people are sucked in by illegal tax schemes that they end up losing much more than they try to save. If there was any legal way of avoiding taxes, every one would be doing it! Therefore, if anyone tells you that you can avoid paying taxes with an offshore corporation or trust, etc. run the other way! Offshore planning is too risky Offshore planning is not risky if you do it properly. Now there are many illegal schemes out there so you need to do your due diligence before you entrust your money to someone. Not everyone needs offshore planning. However, for those with high net worth, taking your assets out of the jurisdiction of the United States provides you with maximum protection from judgments handed down by U.S. courts. Most asset protection firms have no offshore planning experience, so using one that does is paramount to an effective asset protection plan. This cant be legal. The government will go after me if I do this The U.S. Constitution guarantees every citizen the rights of liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Setting up an asset protection plan is perfectly within these rights. We have never heard of anyone getting into trouble with the government for setting up an asset protection plan as long as it is not used to illegally evade taxes. Hiding gold bars in the ground is a form of asset protection even tough it might be a bit primitive. It is perfectly legal, isnt it? So why wouldnt an asset protection plan using Nevada or offshore corporations to make your assets invisible be legal? Whatever you do to protect your assets, it must be done long before any legal problems surface. So get moving before your hard-earned assets are threatened. Orange County DUI Arrests

By Josh Riverside In Orange County, the number of arrests for DUI cases in 1998 was approximately 14,000, according to statistics by MADD (Mothers against Drunk Driving). The number of victims is 2000 for the same year and therefore the number of arrests per victim is 7. A DUI arrest is made only after certain tests and the officer declares that the accused has failed. When an officer stops the car suspecting that the driver is under the influence, the officer looks for traditional symptoms of intoxication such as flushed face, bloodshot eyes, odor of alcohol of breath and slurred speech. According to the National Highway Traffic Administration, the symptoms that officers look for when searching for drunken drivers are turning with a wide radius, straddling the center of lane marker and almost striking object or other vehicles. Once the officer feels that the driver is under the influence, the officer will ask the driver to take a field sobriety test. The driver may refuse to take the test, but the refusal may be considered as evidence later during the trial. Hence it is better to oblige the authorities. Further it should also be noted that in California, an attorney cant be consulted before taking the test. The common definition of field sobriety test is any number of tests used by a law enforcement officer, usually on the roadside, to determine whether the driver is impaired. FSTs test balance, coordination and ability to divide his or her attention among many tasks. The standardized tests are heel-to-toe, one leg stand and horizontal gaze nystagmus. A DUI arrest is made when there is any accident resulting in injuries and/or death. Once the arrest is made, the person remains at the police station where the case is booked or at the office of the sheriff of the Orange County. The DUI accused can be bailed out by signing bail bonds. The “Disaster Dozen” Top Twelve Myths of Disaster Preparedness

By Paul Purcell Blame is for God and small children. –Dustin Hoffmans character in Papillon. Hurricane Katrina has given us yet another wake-up call. Do we pay attention now or hit the snooze button again? Pushing our way past the people intent on doing nothing but laying blame and playing armchair quarterback, we come to the bottom line conclusion that, Yes, more could have been done. In other articles well get to the ideas that could have been put to good use by federal, state and municipal organizations, but for now, lets look at the most important part of a comprehensive emergency readiness plan, and that is the preparedness levels of individuals and families. We find that the biggest obstacle to improved comprehensive family emergency readiness education are the misconceptions surrounding the true nature of preparedness. So, to set the stage for better education, and ultimately better public safety, lets take a look at some of these myths and set the record straight. 1. If something happens all I have to do is call 911 and someone will come protect me. We wish that were so, but the truth of the matter is that help can only go so far, or be there only so quickly. Security, like charity, begins at home and the responsibility for yours and your familys safety rests squarely on your own shoulders. This isnt to say that you shouldnt call for help when its truly needed, its just to remind you that there will be those instances where youre on your own for while, especially if the situation is a complicated, expansive, or severe one. Too, family preparedness is one of the best ways you can help your fellow citizen. The less first responders have to help you, the more youve freed them up to help others. 2. All I need is a 72-hour kit with a flashlight, first aid kit, some food and water, and a radio to hear further instruction. Were really not sure where the 72 hour figure came from, but we can say that its an extremely minimal amount of time and not very realistic. Granted, its far better than nothing, but a more practical goal is to be self-sufficient for a minimum of 2 weeks. Why 2 weeks? Consider this: As bad as Katrina has been there are numerous natural disaster and terrorist attack scenarios that could see substantially more damage done, and a disruption of local services for three to four weeks. In fact, one of the more common terrorism scenarios involves a Smallpox attack, and the incubation period for the virus would dictate a 14-day quarantine. As for all the other goods and gear youd need, all we can say in this limited space is that the lists are as varied as the people reading this article. Theres no such thing as a one size fits all checklist that will take into account each and every familys unique risks, needs, and assets. For a comprehensive source of all the preparedness and readiness information youll ever need, visit our site at http://www.disasterprep101.com. 3. Im not worried, my insurance policy will take care of everything. In a perfect world it would. However, on Earth, its a different story despite what the TV commercials would have you believe. SWAT teams of insurance agents arent going to swoop down from the skies and instantly rebuild your life. Insurance companies will be far more concerned about their own bottom line than yours. In fact, many companies are quietly rewriting policies to include the term water damage in their long list of exclusions. By the way, rain is being redefined as water damage whether its in the form of a flood or not. Also, most companies have redefined terrorism as an act of war and therefore not a coverable event. 4. Good preparedness is too expensive and too complicated. Nothing could be further from the truth. The problem is, we havent made preparedness a part of our overall education. We get far more preparedness info on the average airline flight or cruise ship than we get as citizens. What most of us arent taught is that there are literally thousands of subtle, simple, and economical things we can do to drastically improve our ability to deal with an emergency. The notion that it might be expensive or complicated has come from companies that market unnecessary and over-priced gear, and who tell us that unless you have our exclusive such-and-such widget, youre a goner! 5. We can only form a neighborhood group through FEMA, the Red Cross, or local Law Enforcement. Neighbor helping neighbor is one of our highest civic duties. No one regulates this and you dont have to get anyones permission to coordinate your safety with others. Granted, there are quite a number of advantages to being listed with these other groups or establishing a good liaison, but its not required. 6. In a Weapons of Mass Destruction terrorist attack, were all dead anyway. Oh contraire. WMD is a scary military acronym freely translated as really efficient weapon. This means that its easier to kill larger numbers of people, but that doesnt mean that widespread destruction is a guaranteed thing. In fact, for widespread destruction, a top-grade WMD must still be expertly and precisely applied under ideal conditions. Now, this does not mean that WMDs are to be ignored or that theyre nothing to fear, its just that Mass Destruction does NOT mean Total Destruction. These things are survivable, but it will take individual preparedness. 7. Nothing like that could ever happen here or to me. Though some areas of the country are more prone to certain types of disasters, say earthquakes in California, or tornadoes in the midwest, the truth is that no area on earth is completely immune from disasters or general disruption. Prepare accordingly. Too, with as much as people travel, you really dont know where youll be or what youll be doing from one month to the next. You might travel somewhere and wind up in a disaster you never thought about. Education is the key. Learn to protect yourself from all types of disaster. 8. All I have to worry about is my own family. Technically yes, but the more youre able to care for your own family, the more you can help others. Helping others is our highest civic duty and one of the best ways to help our country and our fellow citizen. Do all you can to help. A burden shared is lighter for all. 9. If preparedness were really important it would be taught in school. The sad thing is that preparedness really is that important, but schools only have so much time and budget to teach the things they already do. This is one of the many things were trying to change across the country, but for now, youre going to have to not only realize the importance of thorough emergency readiness, but to teach your family yourself. 10. I can get all the preparedness information I need for free off the Internet. There are a lot of good free sources that contain some really good information. The problem is that it takes so much time to filter the trash from the treasure that you use up all your education time simply deciding which source you should learn from. Worse, some of these free sites have some really useless and dangerous information that could actually cause more problems than they cure, but they do a very convincing job of making the material look useful. This is one of the many reasons we spent years in gathering the over 400 additional books and training manuals that come on the CDs included with our book Disaster Prep 101. We filtered out the good stuff so you could have it immediately. 11. Full preparedness means I have to get a lot of guns and be a Survivalist. Nope. While personal security is a valid concern when planning for your familys safety, the one thing well remind you is that the vast majority of people around you will be in the same boat you are and will not be a threat. In fact, though looters and criminals gained a lot of media attention after hurricanes Andrew and Katrina, there were far more numerous stories of heroism and neighbor helping neighbor. Our suggestion is that you balance your personal security needs with your desire to help those around you and strive to reach the best of both worlds. 12. If something really bad happens, NO one will help. Theres no such thing as no one helping. Though help can only go so far and be there so quickly, some help will come at some time to those who truly need it. However, the one thing weve stressed throughout this article is that we believe the best thing people can do to help themselves and to help others is to prepare their families so they need as little outside help as possible. Theres always someone needier than you and the best thing you can do is to free up the assistance resources so they can be used to help those less fortunate. A Fascinating Diet of Oatbran And Naicin To Reduce Cholesterol Safely - My Personal Story

By Peter Lim A month ago, I received news that a former colleague of mine collapsed in his office, and had a sudden massive heart attack and did not survive the night to see his family. He was in his early fifties. This incident motivated another former colleague to have his blood checked for cholesterol. The cardiologist recommended immediate hospitalisation and he was operated on for a triple coronary bypass within days. Without that bypass, this friend would likely encounter a fatal massive coronary heart attack. These two ghastly incidents jarred me into researching ways to bring down my own level of cholesterol, and to read medical books on cholesterol. In my research, what amazed me was there were safe and effective ways to lower blood cholesterol and hence reduce the probability of a heart attack. I was encouraged that it was possible to cut the risk of heart attack by more than half by limiting the amount of cholesterol produced by the body, and increase the amount of cholesterol eliminated by the body. I discovered a fascinating diet of oatbran and a vitamin called Naicin that was being used by hundreds of concerned individuals throughout the world, popularized by the medical writer Robert E. Kowalski in his program and best-seller “The 8-Week Cholesterol Cure”. Oatbran contains soluble fibre that encourages the liver to produce bile acids. The more oatbran that is consumed, the more bile acids are produced, and excreted from the body. These bile acids draw the cholesterol from the blood, and therefore remove the cholesterol from the body when they are excreted. This means the chances for a congested artery is much reduced. I was encouraged by the numbers. A study showed that six males who ate a high-fibre diet containing 50 grams of oat bran daily were able to maintain a 23.5 % decrease from their original cholesterol levels. To me this was a convenient and natural strategy to reduce my personal cholesterol. It was a matter of getting down to the supermarket and to buy a packet of 500 grams oatbran. By taking half a cup of oatbran a day, which is equivalent to some 50 gram of oatbran, a single packet of 500 grams will last me for around 2 weeks. Now, I am not a great baker, and so I did not start by making oatbran muffins which is actually a great way to consume the oatbran. Instead, I mix the oatbran in a hot chocolate drink, consuming 25 grams of oatbran twice a day to get the 50 grams of oatbran. As for the vitamin Naicin, I was encouraged that as far back as in 1975 the United States Coronary Drug Project singled out Naicin as being responsible for a 29 percent reduction in nonfatal heart attacks. I have Naicin in the multivitamins I consume daily, and so I am not opting for single larger intake of this vitamin, and will prefer to let the soluble fibre of the oatbran to do its work. It took one fatal case of a heart attack and a triple coronary bypass on another friend of mine to jolt me into serious action to take control of my cholesterol. It is time to take some action to lower your cholesterol if you have been postponing this. Of course, you may opt for exercise and a balanced diet as well. It is never too late to begin a structured personal program to take control of your cholesterol. Peter Lim is a Certified Financial Planner. How to Make a Tin Can Luminary

By Rachel Paxton Tin can luminaries are a fun, easy craft project for all ages. They are great for any holiday and only limited by your imagination! You can transfer any simple shape onto a tin can to create a beautiful candle holder for any occasion. I chose to make luminaries for Christmas this year. You can choose any simple design to transfer onto your tin can. I used a favorite clip art program on my computer to look for easy Christmas designs to print out. I chose a Christmas tree, a snowman, and a pair of gingerbread men. Here’s what you need to get started: - Empty tin cans (washed and labels removed) - Design to transfer onto can - Hammer - Large nail - Tape - Dish towel It is easiest to punch the holes in your tin can if you freeze some water in it first. Fill the can with water, leaving 1/4 inch space at the top for the ice to expand. Place in freezer until frozen. Your can may bulge a little at the bottom while in the freezer, but after you remove the ice you can use the hammer to flatten out the bottom of the can. You might want to freeze a couple more cans then you think you’ll need in case you make a mistake and have to start over again. After the ice has frozen, take the tin can from the freezer and tape your design to the can. I used packing tape, but you can also use duct tape. The tape won’t stick to the cold can, but you can wrap the tape all the way around the can so it will stick to the paper. If you don’t have a design on paper, you can also draw a design on the can freehand with a permanent marker. You can also just punch the design freehand without drawing it first. Lay the can on a folded dish towel so the towel will catch the ice chips that try to escape. It will also hold the can in place. Using the hammer and nail, tap holes around the border of your design, trying to punch holes evenly and not too close together. You want a simple design so that when you see only the holes in the can you will be able to tell what it is! After punching the holes, remove the paper and tape and admire your design. It is really so easy! If you plan to hang your luminary, also punch two holes at the top of the can. You can make a handle out of wire (from a craft store) or a wire coat hanger. Place the tin can under running warm water to melt the ice. Dry the can with a towel and place a votive candle in the bottom. You will need a long lighter or match to light the candle. To further decorate your tin can luminary, you can spray paint the can any color you wish. Be creative! This is a great family project. Just make sure kids have adult supervision while using the hammer and nails. Have fun! 3 Easy Treatments for Cellulite

By Amanda Byrne The key to preventing and treating cellulite is to purify the body with a combination of exercise, developing proper circulation to effectively eliminate toxins, drinking enough water each day and maintaining a healthy diet low in fat. Toxin Elimination The first thing that you should do to treat cellulite is reduce the amount of caffeine and nicotine you consume as these can cause toxic build up within your body. Most fitness experts would agree that one of the best ways to fight cellulite is through exercise (weight lifting and cardiovascular) as these help also in eliminating toxins as does drinking enough water. Dietary factors Another important factor in treating cellulite is getting proper nutrition and eating a healthy diet that is low in fat. Probably the most basic step in treating cellulite is having a healthy diet that helps reduce fluid retention. One of the dietary elements that will aid in reducing fluid retention is the reduction of sodium in the diet. Exercise Also importantly, you need to need to drink lots of water everyday (preferably purified) and get regular exercise such as aerobics, walking and yoga at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. This is one of the main remedies for treating and preventing cellulite by eliminating toxic waste and build-ups from your body. Regular exercise also helps immensely in tension reduction and proper circulation within your body. Conclusion The above 3 methods of treating cellulite are very simple, natural and free from any nasty side effects and dont require any expensive treatments or lotions. They can also be easily be implemented within your current lifestyle at a minimal financial cost. The main key to preventing and treating cellulite is to purify the body as mentioned above with a combination of adequate exercise, drinking enough water and a healthy low fat diet. However, the most important factor in treating cellulite is within yourself by committing to taking action as soon as possible.
